Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The dry aged steak came with a hot stone and was phenomenal! Service was top notch, and the outdoor seating was comfortable and romantic!"
"Good food for a decent price in a convenient location. Highly recommend the escargoes as it was really delicious. The oxtail was also extremely tender and flavourful. However, service can be improved. The young waiter ignored our request to order and we were only served after we notified another waiter. There was also minimal smiles but it was swift afterwards. The atmosphere was nice and there was plenty of seats available."
"We happened to go there after shopping at El Corte Inglez. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful, especially Edgar. We are impressed by their service. Desserts are particularly good!"
"Delicious with no complaints. We sat outside, we came at a quiet time (8.30) so it was perfect."
"Fantastic food, and good atmosphere. It’s a bit hard to spot if you’re not looking for it, and just walking around looking for a place to eat, but if you do go in it will be well worth your time. We went for dinner, and will definitely be returning for lunch soon."
"Stood at the front counter for a good 5 minutes while no one attended to us, until the more senior server came over to show us to our seats. The place is very lovely, with outdoor dining space as well as the cozy indoor. Had the beef medallion, trotters, veal entrecote, oxtail as well as escargots. Oxtail was very tender, well seasoned and went very well with the sides. Veal was tender and cooked perfectly as well. The beef medallion was a bit tough and looked like pieces of scrap but the potatoes were delicious. Trotters had more of the bone than meat but then again, that's how trotters works. Not too sure if we were given the anti-tourist treatment or a slight racist treatment. We clearly signalled to a young male server (was told he was designated to our table because he could speak English) that we were ready to place our orders and he acknowledged. 10 minutes later all we got was him avoiding eye contact with our table without even bothering to have the courtesy to let us know to wait for a while more. Couldn't wait any longer (stupid of us should have done this earlier) but we got the female server to take our orders."
"We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the interior beautifully designed, and the food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, refined flavors, and elegant presentation. A special thank you to Merce, who took care of us with such kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Her service added a personal touch that made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back and tell our friends about this gem!"
"Surprisingly good. I did not expect much. Price is very good for the quality. We will come back for sure."
